Win a set of four General Tire tyres worth up to R10,000!

SARugbymag.co.za has a set of four branded passenger, SUV or 4×4 General Tire tyres to give away each week for the next seven weeks in the build-up to the Cape Town Sevens.

You can stand a chance to win every week by answering an easy question for that week’s competition.

This week’s question (answer at the bottom):

Which former Western Province back has scored six tries in eight matches for Toulouse in the French Top 14?

Prize details:

– Set of four General Tire-branded passenger, SUV or 4×4 tyres – 13” to 18” (value up to R10,000)
– Redeemable from Continental Tyre South Africa
– Tyres to be fitted at Best Drive/Tiger Wheel and Tyre
– Does not include fitting or balancing

Prize availability is subject to stock availability and may not be exchanged for another tyre brand.

A waiting period for stock may be required depending on the selection of tyre size and pattern, and availability from Continental Tyre SA’s active product range. If the selected tyre size is not on Continental Tyre SA’s product range, a suitable alternative may be made available. Continental Tyre will arrange for the tyres to be sent to the tyre dealer for fitment.

The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

General Tire, a brand of Continental Tyre South Africa (CTSA), has proudly been producing world-class tyres at its Port Elizabeth plant since 1947, and is recognised as one of the industry leaders in the replacement tyre market.

In line with its #AnywhereIsPossible brand promise, General Tire is building on its proven performance in the 4×4 segment with an exciting new range of off-road tyres: the all-terrain Grabber AT3 and the extreme-terrain Grabber X3.

Both products feature General Tire’s advanced DURAGEN Technology, which features a robust rubber compound that offers excellent cut and chip resistance, along with reinforced tread blocks to reduce deformation – thus providing improved tread life, puncture resistance and durability.

In addition to the new Grabber AT3 and X3, General Tire also offers the Grabber GT for sport utility vehicles, the Altimax Comfort and Altimax Sport passenger car tyre range, and the proven Eurovan 2 for commercial vehicle applications.
