Leolin Zass will start on the left wing in a new-look Western Province side to take on the EP Kings at Newlands this Friday.
Zass replaces Seabelo Senatla, who is nursing a niggle, while other injury-enforced changes to the backline sees Dillyn Leyds and Huw Jones come in at fullback and outside centre. In the No 9 jersey, Godlen Masimla earns another start, with Nic Groom moving to the bench.
Up front, flank Jurie van Vuuren and lock Chris van Zyl come in for the injured Chris Cloete and Ruan Botha respectively, while Michael Willemse and Oli Kebblie start in a new-look front row.
