Liam Williams has recovered from injury to take his place in Wales’ starting lineup to face England at Twickenham on Saturday.
Williams will make his first appearance of the 2020 Six Nations in one of four changes to Wales’ team from the side that lost to France.
Josh Navidi is also back from injury and starts at No 8 alongside flanks Ross Moriarty and Justin Tipuric.
Tomos Williams and Rob Evans are also both named in the starting side, replacing Gareth Davies and Wyn Jones, respectively, in rotational changes.
As a further boost, experienced flyhalf Dan Biggar has overcome a knock he took while playing in the English Premiership to keep his place as the starting No 10.
