Late on Monday, the English Premiership, European Champions and Challenge Cup became the latest tournaments to be suspended to contain the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.

It followed an announcement from SA Rugby suspending all national team training camps and business travel as part of a raft of measures in response to the global Covid-19 threat.
