Western Province beat the Blue Bulls 17-8 at the U13 Craven Week in Kimberley on Thursday, while Boland also stayed unbeaten.

The match between Province and the Bulls was a battle of attrition, with both sides making good use of their big forwards. The Bulls took a 5-3 lead before the Cape side powered their way to victory.

Boland claimed a comprehensive 33-8 victory against SWD, to join WP as the only unbeaten sides in the tournament.

The Pumas were in sublime form against Border Country Districts, scoring eight tries in a 48-0 victory, while a strong first half by the Golden Lions paved the way for their 32-15 victory against the Valke.

The Leopards scored four tries to beat the Griffons 24-5 and Border secured a 22-5 victory against Griquas.

In two close encounters, Limpopo edged Free State 20-17 and Eastern Province pipped the Sharks 18-17.

In an international clash, a late try by Namibia earned them a 10-8 victory against Zimbabwe.
