Luke Watson will captain the Eastern Province Kings when they tackle the Bulls in a friendly game on Friday.
Watson returns having recovered from a serious foot injury. His inclusion is a timely one for the Kings, who are currently preparing for their entry into the Currie Cup Premier Division.
The Kings played against Wales in Port Elizabeth last week. They will tackle the Bulls in the friendly city this Friday, and the Sharks on 4 July. The Currie Cup Premier Division starts in August.
Coach Carlos Spencer has made a few changes following last week's defeat to Wales, with new signing Tim Whitehead partnering Dwayne Jenner in midfield, and Jaco Grobler starting at scrumhalf.
