Waratahs scrumhalf Nick Phipps apologises for urinating on a bar counter at a Sydney hotel while dressed in a cow suit. 

The incident occurred a day after he played in the Waratahs’ 29-0 loss to the Lions and reportedly followed a harbour cruise to celebrate his impending wedding.
