Sam Warburton was outstanding for Wales at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday, writes SIMON BORCHARDT.

Having forced just one turnover in Wales' matches against the Wallabies and All Blacks, Warburton was back to his best against the Boks, doing well to slow down their ball at the breakdown and forcing four turnovers at crucial times.

The 26-year-old, who missed the two Tests against the Boks in June because of injury, also made 16 tackles, 10m from three carries, and showed some good skill in the first half when passing the ball between his legs to flyhalf Dan Biggar.

Marcell Coetzee was one of the few Boks to impress in Cardiff. He forced a turnover, made 10 tackles and carried the ball on seven occasions for 15m gained.

But the 23-year-old didn't quite match the efforts of Warburton, who was able to celebrate personal and team triumphs at the final whistle.
