Lukhan Tui will make his first Test start for the Wallabies against Ireland in Sydney on Saturday.
Tui, who has come off the bench in his last six Tests, is at blindside flank, with David Pocock shifting to No 8. While Pocock has not started there since playing against Ireland in November 2016, he has been packing down at the back of the scrum during this series against Ireland, which is locked at 1-1.
Caleb Timu, who made his Test debut in Brisbane two weeks ago and also started last week in Melbourne, falls out of the match 23.
In the backline, Nick Phipps replaces Will Genia, who broke an arm during the second Test, while Joe Powell provides scrumhalf cover on the bench.
Loose forward Ned Hanigan is also among the substitutes after overcoming a knee injury.
