England No 8 Billy Vunipola has been ruled out of the final Test against the Springboks after re-fracturing his arm in Bloemfontein.
Vunipola was replaced during the first half of England’s second Test loss, which condemned Eddie Jones’ men to a series defeat.

It was later confirmed that the Saracens forward had suffered a recurrence of the injury which forced him out for much of last season.
Vunipola returned to London on Sunday and will undergo further assessment during the week. Vunipola’s brother, Mako, has also flown home for family reasons as per an agreement made before the tour.
Exeter’s Alec Hepburn has been called up and will join the squad ahead of the third Test in Cape Town.
