Springboks Lood de Jager and Victor Matfield will start for the Barbarians in Saturday's match against Argentina at Twickenham.
The two World Cup Boks will combine in the second row, while Sharks front rower Thomas du Toit will start at loosehead prop. Fellow South Africans Pat Lambie, Cobus Reinach, Bakkies Botha and Francois Venter are set to play off the bench.
