Manu Tuilagi has been named among the England substitutes for their match against Wales at Twickenham on Saturday.
The midfielder has not played Test rugby for almost two years due to injury.
'Manu has trained well this week and I'm pleased with what I've seen,' coach Eddie Jones said. 'His selection in the match-day squad is based more on potential than his recent performances in the Premiership.'
England have named an unchanged starting XV, but there are four changes to the bench in the promotion of Tuilagi, lock Joe Launchbury, prop Kieran Brookes and hooker Luke Cowan-Dickie.
England – 15 Mike Brown, 14 Anthony Watson, 13 Jonathan Joseph, 12 Owen Farrell, 11 Jack Nowell, 10 George Ford, 9 Ben Youngs, 8 Billy Vunipola, 7 James Haskell, 6 Chris Robshaw, 5 George Kruis, 4 Maro Itoje, 3 Dan Cole, 2 Dylan Hartley (c), 1 Joe Marler.
