Wales trio Leigh Halfpenny, Taulupe Faletau and Dan Biggar have been passed fit for their Six Nations clash against Ireland at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday.
They are also joined by loose forward Ross Moriarty, who has recovered from the shoulder problem he picked up in the 12-6 defeat to England.
No 8 Faletau suffered a knee injury playing for Bath in December, while Biggar missed the first two rounds due to a shoulder injury he sustained while playing for the Ospreys in the Champions Cup.
Fullback Halfpenny missed the England match with a foot infection but Wales’ forwards coach Robin McBryde confirmed that all four could play on Saturday.
‘Everyone has been given the green light,’ McBryde told the Welsh Rugby Union website. ‘Obviously, a few boys are happy they have scored at the weekend and have had some good wins.
‘They are back with a spring in their steps and looking forward to Saturday. It is always good to have plenty to choose from. It gives a competitive edge to the squad.’
