World Rugby chairman Bill Beaumont joined Jeff Wilson, Sir John Kirwan and Mils Muliaina on Sky Sports New Zealand’s ‘The Breakdown’, to discuss plans around Test rugby being played later this year before also supporting New Zealand Rugby’s plans to involve the Pacific Islands in a refreshed Super Rugby competition.
