Springbok lock Eben Etzebeth is set to join Toulon after the World Cup.

According to local paper Var Matin, Etzebeth will replace Bakkies Botha, who recently retired from international rugby and will leave the French and European champions at the end of the current season.

The 23-year-old Etzebeth, who has earned 33 Springbok caps since making his debut in 2012, would join other locks Mamuka Gorgodze, Ali Williams, Romain Taofifenua and Jocelino Suta at Toulon.
