Ricky Januarie and Deon Fourie scored tries in a losing cause for Lyon against Stade Français on Saturday night.

The hosts were relieved to win 23-20 after being outscored by three tries to one. Januarie's try came after he had a go off the back of a ruck, while Fourie went over late in the game.

On Friday night, Rory Kockott scored Castre's only points as they suffered a 35-6 loss to Toulouse. The South African scrumhalf was sin-binned late in the game during which time Toulouse scored their fourth try.

Toulouse have nine log points after two rounds which sees them occupy second spot on the Top 14 log. Toulon, who thrashed La Rochelle 60-23, are first on points difference.
