Justin Tipuric will take over the captaincy of a Wales team that features 13 changes for their final World Cup pool game against Uruguay on Sunday.
The only two players that featured in the thrilling victory over Fiji on Wednesday are wing Josh Adams and centre Hadleigh Parks. Adams has retained his place in the starting lineup despite concerns over a leg injury he suffered against Fiji.
Tipuric will captain Wales for the first time, taking over from Alun Wyn Jones, who has been rested and left out of the matchday 23 entirely.
There are five players who will make their first appearances of the tournament: scrumhalf Aled Davies, wing Hallam Amos, hooker Ryan Elias and second row pair Bradley Davies and Adam Beard,
Wales have opted for a 6-2 split between forwards and backs on the bench, with scrumhalves Tomos Williams and Gareth Davies as the only backline replacements.
