Bernard le Roux, Rory Kockott and Scott Spedding have been named in France's starting lineup for their Six Nations match against Scotland in Paris on Saturday.
Le Roux, who played for Boland and Border before joining Racing Métro in 2009, will earn his 12th Test cap since making his debut in 2013.
Having made three appearances off the bench for Les Bleus last November, Kockott has been given the No 9 jersey for the first time, with Morgan Parra on the bench.
With Brice Dulin having failed to recover from a bicep injury, Spedding retains the No 15 jersey that he wore against Fiji, Australia and Argentina.
