Ireland have included three uncapped players in a 42-man squad for the November internationals.
Ross Byrne, Sam Arnold and Will Addison will all be hoping to make their Test debuts as Ireland prepare for encounters against Argentina, New Zealand, the USA and Italy.
Meanwhile, Ireland were forced to omit veteran scrumhalf Conor Murray, who has been sidelined with a neck injury.
