The four South African Super Rugby teams will play local derbies in kits based on the Marvel superheroes next year.
According to Rapport newspaper, the move is part of an agreement between Marvel, the local franchises and broadcaster SuperSport to create more interest in the tournament.
The franchises will base a third change kit on one of the Marvel properties, which they will play in for local derbies. As an example, the Sharks, who traditionally play in black, will base their third kit on Black Panther.
The third kit announcements will be made at a later stage than the regular home and away kit announcements.
