Eben Etzebeth will not travel with the Stormers to Singapore for Saturday's clash against the Sunwolves.

The Bok lock has been out of action for several weeks as the result of a calf strain, and while he has come to the end of his rehabilitation, the Cape franchise has afforded him another week's rest. Pieter-Steph du Toit, JD Schickerling and Rynhardt Elstadt will continue to serve as second-row options for the trip to Singapore.

The Stormers also confirmed that youngster Khanyo Ngcukana will travel with the team to provide cover for the back three in the absence of suspended Leolin Zas.
