The inclusion of South African-born flank Braam Steyn is one of three changes to Italy’s starting lineup for Saturday’s Six Nations match against Ireland in Dublin.
Coach Conor O’Shea has stuck with the same backline, but tweaked the pack for the clash at the Aviva Stadium.
Steyn replaces Renato Giammarioli in the loose trio, Nicola Quaglio takes the position of Andrea Lovotti at loosehead prop and Luca Bigi comes in for Leonardo Ghiraldini at hooker.
