Henry Speight will make his Test debut for the Wallabies against Ireland in Dublin on Saturday.
The Fijian-born Brumbies wing replaces Joe Tomane, with No 4 lock Sam Carter, blindside flank Luke Jones and inside centre Matt Toomua also coming into the starting lineup.
Meanwhile, Kurtley Beale has been named on the bench.
The utility back was recently fined A$45,000 (R434,000) for his involvement in the text message scandal involving former team manager Di Patston, which saw him miss Australia's matches against Argentina in Mendoza and New Zealand in Brisbane.
However, Beale was made available for the national team again, and while he didn't leave with them for Europe he joined them for the last stage of the tour at the request of coach Michael Cheika.
