Wandisile Simelane and Lyle Hendricks will start in the Junior Springboks midfield for the third-place playoff against New Zealand in Béziers on Sunday.
Simelane switches from the left wing to centre, while Hendricks replaces Rikus Pretorius, who is nursing a contusion to his leg.

On the bench, lock Ruan Vermaak will provide cover at lock and Manuel Rass at centre.
