A totally dominant second-half performance from the Hurricanes saw them beat the Crusaders 35-10 in Christchurch, according to SARugbymag.co.za's Opta-powered stats.
During the opening stanza, the Saders enjoyed ascendancy at scrum time (earning two penalties at this set piece), while they made 219m to 28, 58 carries to 52 and completed five clean breaks to two.
Yet the Canes were simply too good in a second half where they spent large periods camped in Crusaders territory. In the end, the visitors finished the match with 62% of the possession, while enjoying 68% of territory.
They also finished the match having made 385m to 357, 145 carries to 99, while beating 16 defenders to 10. It illustrated an impressive second-half turnaround that ensured a stunning victory for the Hurricanes.
