Saracens claimed a 38-15 win against Gloucester, while there were also English Premiership wins for the Worcester Warriors, Wasps, Bristol Bears, Bath and Exeter Chiefs.
The defending champions were simply too strong for Johan Ackermann’s side, outscoring them by five tries to two.
The hosts stormed into a 17-0 lead thanks to tries from Maro Itoje and David Strettle, with Gloucester then responding through a Billy Twelvetrees penalty, their only points of the half.
Itoje crossed for his second just before half-time, before Sean Maitland scored just after the break.
Alex Lozowski added a further try for Saracens, but Gloucester scored two tries in the final 10 minutes to add a bit of respectability to the scoreline.
The win keeps Saracens on top of the log, with Gloucester dropping down to fifth.
Meanwhile, the Worcester Warriors produced the shock result of the weekend, claiming a 44-37 victory over the Leicester Tigers for their first win of the season.
Warriors flyhalf Duncan Weir scored and converted a brace of tries within the first five minutes of the match. Jack Singleton, Chris Pennell and debutant Ted Hill then also crossed as the visitors claimed a stunning 37-11 lead.
The second half was another matter entirely, as the Tigers hit back with four tries to level the scores before Hill won it late on with his second try.
In other results, Wasps heaped further misery on the Sale Sharks with a 31-13 win, Ian Madigan kicked five penalties to help the Bristol Bears to a 20-13 victory against Harlequins, Bath needed a Freddie Burns conversion to beat the Northampton Saints 17-15, while the Exeter Chiefs stayed unbeaten with a 24-17 win against a determined Newcastle side.
