Juan de Jongh scored two tries as the Barbarians beat Leicester 59-26 at Welford Road on Tuesday.

Having been anonymous against the Wallabies at Twickenham on Saturday, the WP captain made a greater impression against the English Premiership side. 

South Africans Thomas du Toit, Heinrich Brüssow, Michael Rhodes and Jacques Botes also crossed the line for the invitational team, with Marnitz Boshoff kicking five conversions and Botes one, after getting an opportunity to kick for goal in his last first-class match.

Despite only leading 21-19 at half-time, the Baa-Baas clicked into gear after the break as six more scores had the Tigers struggling to keep pace.
