Stormers wing Raymond Rhule is set for an early release from his contract to join French Top 14 side Grenoble.
Rhule, who has not been able to add to his seven Springbok caps since the 57-0 defeat to New Zealand in Albany last year, will leave the Cape franchise after this year’s Super Rugby competition, according to Netwerk24.
The 25-year old will join teammate JC Janse van Rensburg at the club after the Stormers announced last week that the experienced prop would return to France in July, having last played for Bayonne before moving to Cape Town.
Rhule, who only joined the Stormers this year, was left out of the Springbok squad for the three-match Test series against England.
