Cobus Reinach will start at scrumhalf for the Sharks when they take on the Pumas in Durban this Saturday.
Reinach just missed out on selection for the Springboks’ 31-man World Cup squad, but is on standby should there be an injury. He now has the opportunity to get some much needed game time in the Currie Cup.
Reinach’s availability is timely for the Sharks considering Michael Claassens is suffering from a lower back problem, while in the only other change to the backline, Wandile Mjekevu comes in on the right wing for injured Odwa Ndungane.
The pack remains unchanged, with Sharks coach Gary Gold emphasising the importance of producing a physical performance against the Pumas.
