– Montpellier thrashed Stade Français in 31-6 in their rescheduled eighth-round clash at home. Cobus Reinach scored a stunning try, while Henry Immelman kicked a penalty. They played alongside Jan Serfontein, Jacques du Plessis and Nicolaas Janse van Rensburg. Scrumhalf James Hall started for Stade.
– Springbok duo Raymond Rhule and Dillyn Leyds were in the La Rochelle side that slumped to an agonising 26-22 defeat by Racing 92 in their rescheduled round-14 match.
– Castres, featuring scrumhalf Rory Kockott and lock Ryno Pieterse, pulled off a 31-21 win over Bayonne despite playing with 14 men after conceding a red card in the 53rd minute. Pieterse scored one of Castres’ four tries in this 12th-round fixture.
