Sefa Naivalu will start on the right wing in one of three changes to the Reds starting lineup to face the Sharks in Durban on Friday.
Naivalu was rested last week in accordance with Rugby Australia’s workload management policy.
There are a further two changes to the pack as loosehead prop Harry Hoopert will earn his first Vodacom Super Rugby start, replacing JP Smith.
Meanwhile, Angus Scott-Young has been promoted off the bench and into the No 6 jersey, with Lukhan Salakaia-Loto shifting back to lock.
