The Rebels have been bolstered by the return of Andrew Kellaway and Campbell Magnay, while the Reds have named an unchanged lineup for their Super Rugby AU playoff in Brisbane on Saturday.
Rebels coach Dave Wessels has made three changes to his starting side, two in the backline and among the forwards.
Up front, the return of Brad Wilkin is the only change to the pack. His selection in the loose trio return has Michael Wells dropping out of the side.
A hamstring strain has cost scrumhalf James Tuttle’s his place in the run-one XV, with Fiji international Frank Lomani coming in at No 9.
The final change is out wide, where Andrew Kellaway takes up position on the right wing ahead of Tim Pincus, who drops out of the squad.
Back rower Rob Leota, halfback Theo Strang and utility back Campbell Magnay are the new additions to the Rebels bench.
In a boost for the Reds, coach Brad Thorn has named an unchanged XV, with a couple of changes on the bench where hooker Alex Mafi and prop Jack Stracker come in to provide front-row cover.
