John Plumtree and his two sons have all secured silverware in Ireland this season.

The Ireland forwards coach shared a photo of himself holding the Six Nations trophy, along with Reece (U15 Leinster Schools Junior Cup) and Taine (U13 trophy), who play rugby for Blackrock College.

'Big year for the Plumtree boys,' he said.
