Wynand Olivier scored a try as Montpellier beat Toulouse 23-20 in a tightly contested match in the French Top 14 on Saturday.

Having suffered a narrow defeat by the same margin last weekend, Montpellier turned things around to climb up to sixth place on the table.

In other results on Saturday, Toulon moved back to the top of the table with a comfortable 30-6 win over Lyon, Santiago Fernandez kicked a late drop goal as Bayonne secured a thrilling 15-12 win over Bordeaux, Racing Métro kept up their semi-final hopes with a 27-8 victory against La Rochelle, while Brive came out on top in their clash with Oyonnax.

In Friday's only match, Stade Français moved to the summit of the table with a 43-30 win away at Grenoble.
