Tian Meyer and Francois Brummer will start for the Cheetahs against the Highlanders in Bloemfontein on Saturday.

With regular starters Sarel Pretorius and Joe Pietersen ruled out with shoulder injuries, Meyer and Brummer have been promoted to the starting XV after featuring from the bench during the Cheetahs' victory over the Stormers last time out.

In the only other change to the side that saw off the Stormers, Danie Minnie comes in at loosehead prop, replacing Caylib Oosthuizen.

Meanwhile, Raymond Rhule has recovered from injury to take his place on the substitutes bench.
