Tsholo Kubheka will replace Andy Marinos as SA Rugby's commercial general manager.

Marinos took over as Sanzaar CEO earlier this year, and will be succeeded by Kubheka, who joins SA Rugby from Virgin Active SA, where he was most recently sales director for 126 health clubs across the country.

'Tsholo is no stranger to SA Rugby as he previously held the position of rights manager and it’s good to welcome him back,' SA Rugby CEO Jurie Roux said. 'He comes with vast experience in the commercial landscape and his standing in this field was clear when he was headhunted in 2013 to return to a previous employer. Rugby has always had a special place in his heart and we’re glad to have him back.'
