Waylon Murray will start at inside centre for the EP Kings against Boland in Port Elizabeth on Friday.
Newly appointed Kings coach Barend Pietese has selected Murray alongside Namibia's Johan Tromp as the midfield pairing, with Kobus Marais at flyhalf and Ricky Schroeder at scrumhalf. Another Namibian Test player, Alcino Izaacs, will start on the right wing with Sampie Mastriet on the left and Siviwe Soyizwapi at fullback.
Captain Schalk Ferreira is at loosehead prop and will scrum down with tighthead Vukile Sofisa and hooker Mike Willemse. The starting locks are Tazz Fuzani and Cornel Hess, and the back row consists of No 8 Christiaan de Bruin and flankers Sebastian Ferreira and Vince Jobo.
Meanwhile, Boland Cavaliers coach Brent Janse van Rensburg has made one injury-enforced change to his starting lineup, with hooker Chadley Wenn replacing Clemen Lewis in the starting lineup.
Francois Esterhuizen comes onto the bench to fill the vacant spot.
