Dick Muir has left the Sharks after clashing with head coach Robert du Preez over several issues, including who should play at flyhalf.
Muir, who served as a consultant in 2018, was effectively replaced by David Williams as attack coach earlier this week.

Muir and Du Preez have very different coaching philosophies, but the main bone of contention, according to Rapport newspaper, was who should play flyhalf.
Muir wanted Curwin Bosch to wear the No 10 jersey, while Du Preez backed his son Robert du Preez Jnr at flyhalf and played Bosch at fullback.
