Springbok lock Franco Mostert will make his first start for Gloucester in a European Champions Cup match against the Exeter Chiefs on Friday.
Mostert made his debut for the English club as a substitute in the 71st minute of their 36-16 Premiership win over the Worcester Warriors on 2 December.
That followed a contractual dispute between the Lions and Gloucester, with World Rugby eventually ruling that the 28-year-old was free to play for the latter.
