Flank Johan Meyer starred in Zebre’s dramatic 24-10 win over Connacht, while there were also victories for Munster, Leinster, the Glasgow Warriors, Edinburgh and Cheetahs in the Pro14.
Connacht were inserted as favourites to win this clash and for the best part of the game everything went according to the script with the visitors leading in Parma. But the outcome was turned on its head as Zebre sparked to life to score two converted tries in the last 12 minutes.

Then, in the 68th minute, Meyer scored a match-defining try to put Zebre back in front, before a penalty and a try by Giovanbattista Venditti consolidated their advantage.
