Lions winger Courtnall Skosan has been ruled out for the rest of the season due to a groin injury.

Skosan has been one of the Lions' star players throughout the year, but sustained the injury in their 31-17 loss to the Blue Bulls at Loftus on Saturday. He will not be available again in 2016.

Meanwhile, lock Martin Muller is an injury doubt for this weekend's clash with Western Province after spraining his sterno-clavicular joint. He will undergo a fitness test later this week to determine his availability for what is now a must-win match for the Lions.
