Courtnall Skosan will start on the right wing for the Lions' Super Rugby match against the Bulls at Ellis Park on Saturday.
The dreadlocked winger is one of three changes in the backline. Chrysander Botha, who has spent some time at fullback this season, slots in on the left wing, while Stokkies Hanekom comes in at outside centre.
There are also three changes to the forward pack, with a complete overhaul of the front row. Schalk van der Merwe, Robbie Coetzee and Julian Redelinghuys all rotate back into the starting line-up having come off the bench in the defeat to the Force.
