Leinster claimed a 38-7 bonus-point victory over Ulster, while there were also wins for Munster, Glasgow, the Ospreys, Scarlets, Edinburgh and Treviso in the Pro14.
The highly anticipated Irish derby turned out to be a one-sided show as Leinster produced a brilliant performance which reduced Ulster to bystanders. The result keeps Leinster in second position in Conference B, 11 points clear of Ulster, who are third.
Jordan Larmour and Fergus McFadden were lethal in attack for the hosts, with the fullback and wing both scoring two tries.
REPORT: Yellow cards cost Cheetahs
Leinster led 12-0 at half-time thanks to scores by Larmour and Barry Daly. But the hosts set RDS Arena alight in the second half with four second-half tries, including McFadden’s brace and one from Johnny Sexton, who made his return to action via the bench after yet another concussion had kept him sidelined in the two previous rounds.
Ulster did grab a late try through Jacob Stockdale after a scintillating break by Tommy Bowe, but that was their only high in an otherwise poor display.
In other results, scrumhalf Conor Murray scored two tries to guide Munster to a 39-13 victory against Connacht, the Glasgow Warriors dispatched Zebre 40-20, the Ospreys withstood a late attack on their line to beat the Cardiff Blues 29-28 and the Scarlets scored seven tries in their 47-13 defeat of the Dragons.
