This year's U18 Craven Week and Academy Week tournaments will be held at Kearsney College in July.
In an unprecedented move, the two U18 events will be played concurrently at the prestigious school between 11 and 16 July, while the U13 Craven Week and U16 Grant Khomo Week will be hosted simultaneously at Paarl Gym from 4-8 July.
All these junior tournaments were previously played at different venues accross the country.
LSEN Week (Learners with Special Education Needs) will be played at Affies in Pretoria from 27-30 June.
Saru CEO Jurie Roux says this will allow mobi-unit coaches, national selectors and SA Rugby Academy coaches to attend both tournaments.
'In the past they either had to split up into two teams to keep an eye on all the tournaments or they had to attend each tournament for only a few days,' said Roux. 'Another advantage is that player education with regard to our rugby pathways, safety campaigns, referee recruitment programmes and contracting could be done simultaneously with both groups of players,' he added.
