Siya Kolisi is set to miss the Rugby Championship after sustaining a knee injury during the Stormers' Super Rugby quarter-final.
The flanker, who left the field in the third minute of the match, has been ruled out for three months, according to Netwerk24.com.
Kolisi started all three of the Springboks' Tests against Ireland in June.
