Springbok pocket rocket Cheslin Kolbe has been shortlisted for three awards at this year’s Top 14 awards ceremony after a brilliant year for both club and country.
The 26-year-old, who was an instrumental part of the Boks’ World Cup-winning campaign, was nominated for Top 14 player of the season, best try of the season as well as the best Top 14 player at the World Cup, according the league’s website.
Kolbe was also key to Toulouse’s success last season having scored six tries in 16 appearances for his club that lifted the title for a record 20th time back in June.
The Bok wing enjoyed further success on the national stage winning both the Rugby Championship and World Cup, and scored a brilliant try in the victory over England.
