Scrumhalf Stefan Ungerer will start in one of two changes to the Kings team to face Ulster at the Kingspan Stadium on Saturday.
Ungerer replaces the injured Sarel Pretorius, who has remained in Port Elizabeth.
The only other change sees No 8 Ruaan Lerm, who missed the match against the Cardiff Blues due to a concussion, taking the place of Andisa Ntsila, who will provide loose forward cover from the bench this week.
Another new addition to the match 23 is the return of Harlon Klaasen. The centre will provide midfield cover from the bench in a rotational switch with Berton Klaasen, who has been rested this week.
