The Southern Kings have unveiled their new jerseys for next year's Vodacom Super Rugby tournament.
On Sunday, Saru confirmed the first 20 players contracted for Super Rugby, with the full squad set to report for pre-season training on 4 January.
With the squad now finally nearing finalisation, the Kings revealed their new jerseys at the launch of their season ticket sales and replica team clothing range, which took place at the Kings’ club shop in Port Elizabeth on Monday.
Speaking at the launch, Southern Kings chief operating officer, Charl Crous, said he was extremely happy with the design that had been put together.
'The jersey encapsulates the Kings colours, and our apparel sponsor, BLK, have really given a lot of attention to ensure that the players kit represents a design symbolic of the Eastern Cape.'
The design of the Kings' alternative strip remains the same, but the base colour changes to white instead of black and grey.
The Kings will kick off their Super Rugby campaign against the Sharks on 27 February.
