The Southern Kings have announced more new signings for the 2016 Super Rugby season.
Kings COO Charl Crous confirmed that they have secured Pumas flank Chris Cloete, Sharks lock JC Astle and Sharks centre Lukhanyo Am on loan for the upcoming season.
Crous also announced the signing of SWD utility backs Leighton Eksteen and Luzuko Vulindlu, who have both been on trial with the Kings in January, while Sharks hooker Monde Hadebe, also on trial at the Kings, will head back to Durban following a back strain which will sideline him for at least four weeks.
Meanwhile, EP Kings players Martin Ferreira and Tazz Fuzani have signed contracts with the Southern Kings.
‘We are thankful for the support that we have received from the respective unions in making their players available to us. We are still in the process of securing additional players and will be making a few more announcements in the coming weeks,’ said Crous.
