Bautista Delguy will make his first Super Rugby start for the Jaguares against the Lions at Ellis Park on Saturday.
Coach Mario Ledesma has made two changes and a positional swap to his side following their first-round defeat to the Stormers in Cape Town.
In backline, the 20-year-old Delguy starts on the right wing with Emiliano Boffelli switching to the left. Ramiro Moyano drops to the bench.
Lock Guido Petti is back in the starting lineup in place of Matías Alemanno.
